Turkish Shirt Community is manufacturing highest quality Shirt in Turkey. We have lots of partner all over the world. We are working with big companies and chain markets. Also, we are working with stores and small retailer companies too.

Our aim is to provide the shirt needs of companies working with us. We can sew your own designs. We can examine your requests in detail and have the shirts you want ready in a short time.

Before we produce the shirt you want, we follow a certain process. Below, we briefly show you the steps on shirt manufacturing.

Taking Manufacturing Request

First, we get the details of the shirt you want as a document from you. Thanks to the request we received from you, we examine the details of the shirt you have requested. Additionally, sending a Live sample will enable us to provide you with more detailed results. You can see these review steps below.

Examination of demanded Fabric Shirt

We determine the fabric type of the shirt you want.
your fabric type consists of two situations.
one of them is combination:

%100 cotton
%80 cotton %20 polyester
%97 cotton %3lycra
%50 cotton %50 polyester
and etc

one of them is type:

Dacron
Oxford
custom patterned
and etc

Examination of Sewing Details

We examine the sewing details of the shirt you want. Then we sew the shirt the way you want it. You can give us following details;

Long arm or Short arm
Hand made Label or Normal Label
Button Style

calculation of shirt Cost

After we checked the fabric details and sewing details, we can send you demanded shirt cost. If everthing is fine also price is fine, we are going to pass next step.

Preparing Sample

we can send your demanded shirt sample or we can send very close our ready shirt garment. The sample is free, you just give cargo shipping cost, or if you have come to visit here, you can take sample with free. If you demanded custom shirt, you just give us the fabric cost.

Start to Order

After reviewing the sample, we can manufacture any number of shirts you want if you like it. We can produce +18,000 shirts in total on a daily basis. Each member of our community can produce at least 1000 shirts per day.

The payment method will be agreed between the companies. We support many payment systems. We prefer systems that will protect both sides.
